In order to comply with Sunscape RV Resort Rules and Regulations, lot owners are requested to inquire the following information prior to renting their lot. 1. The unit must be able to park with a 5 foot setback on the rear of the RV, 5 foot setback from the driver’s side ofthe unit and 12 foot setback from the front curb when backed onto the lot. Side setback is from the wall or extendedslide wall nearest the lot line. 2. The unit must be acceptable in appearance, age and condition. 3. At least one person per occupied lot should be 55 years of age or older. 4. Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed 30 days per calendar year.
